PURCHASES:

On-line credit card transactions are processed through Pay Pal using state-of-the-art security technology for your protection.

Purchases may also be made by check or money order. Send us your print order, referencing the photo I.D. # and photo name, by e-mail along with your shipping address and we will send you an invoice by e-mail in return. When your payment is received, we will process and ship your order.

All photographic prints are of archival quality and are fade-resistant, per the ink manufacturer’s literature, up to 100 years for color prints and up to 200 years for black-and-white prints when cared for properly. Currently, printing is done using the Epson Stylus Photo R2400 printer. Our prints utilize the Epson Ultra Chrome K3 pigment-based inks. We make borderless prints using Epson photo paper.

All prints are shipped matted and ready for framing. We use gallery white beveled exhibition mats featuring a window mat hinged, with acid-free linen tape, to a backing board.

GREETING CARDS:

Any image can also be made into a greeting card for $3.00 each. Cards are available with greetings on the front such as: “Happy Birthday”, “Get Well”, “With Deepest Sympathy”, “Happy Anniversary”, “Thank You” and “Congratulations”. Cards are also available with no text on the front. Greeting cards are made using either a 4 x 6 print or a 5 x 7 print. Each card comes with an envelope.

If you order ten cards on-line, we will ship you two additional cards FREE packaged in an attractive clear-top gift box. All twelve cards will have no text on the front unless you notify us via e-mail of the greeting(s) you would like on the front of the cards.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and shipped in the sequence in which they are received. Generally, orders are shipped within 10 – 15 business days from the date payment is received. If processing time will be longer than 15 days, we will notify you by e-mail.

SHIPPING METHOD:

We ship all orders by UPS, or a similar commercial carrier, with delivery confirmation (signature required). This is done to ensure that the order is received by the rightful person. Orders are insured.

SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS:

Orders cannot be accepted unless we have a confirmed address of where to send the shipment. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We must also have a valid postal zip code, telephone number and contact person for shipping confirmation requirements.

STANDARD SHIPPING AREA:

Shipping fees apply to orders shipped within the continental U.S. For other destinations, shipping charges will be quoted on an individual basis.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

We will notify you by e-mail once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within the anticipated ground shipping time, please contact us. We will contact the carrier and determine what has happened to your shipment. We will then notify you of our findings, by e-mail.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Should you receive a shipment that you believe is damaged, please open the shipment in the presence of the carrier’s delivery person and examine the contents. Should you discover that the shipment is damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us by e-mail. We will then work with the carrier to settle the damage claim and then we will send you a replacement order.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Nature’s Lens Work retains the right to cancel an order for any reason at our discretion. We will provide you with a credit for the order, if you paid using Pay Pal, or a full refund if you paid by check or money order.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your print, please return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will issue you a credit for the order, if you paid using Pay Pal, or a full refund if you paid by check or money order. We cannot reimburse you for your shipping costs in sending your order back.
